About Óscar and Montse

Montse and Óscar met at El Racó de Can Fabes restaurant by chef Santi Santamaría, who entrusted them with opening his flagship location in Madrid, the Restaurante Santceloni, in 2001. During the 20 year history of this restaurant, which closed its doors in 2020, Óscar led the project as head chef and Montse was pastry chef.
